Where you can buy the Christmas tree
Below is a list of all countries within the EU where you can buy our Christmas tree.
If you want to buy a tree from outside the EU, please contact us by mail.
With whom we deliver
Depending on the country, we deliver by UPS or mail at the standard rates listed below.
Plastic-free transport packaging
All our packaging is plastic-free and recyclable (wrapping paper, cardboard, adhesive tapes and shipping bags made of paper).
Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are shown in the table below. If you buy 3 or more Christmas trees at the same time, you will receive them free of shipping costs.
Delivery time
At the product description you will find the duration until your desired item is ready for shipment (usually 1-2 days). Note that especially before Christmas the delivery time can be longer than usual!
Transport damage
If you notice any damage, inform us immediately. Send us a photo by mail and describe the damage. We will contact you immediately and try to find a quick solution.
